Beginning and Ending Times will be clearly outlined in all contracts so as to best meet the expectations of event hosts and their guests as. Over-time fees will be applied for every hourly increment beyond the contracted period.
Damage to any portion of Woodrich Events property by guests or vendors hired by the event hosts are the financial responsibility of said Host.
Event Confirmations: Final guest and meal counts are due one week prior to your event. The guest count and meal counts cannot be reduced more than 5% after those respective points.
Confirmation of event times, menu selections, room set up, rental selections, and other key event details must be finalized in writing two weeks prior to your event.
Menu Selections are subject to seasonal availability and may change without notice so that our chef can provide your event with the freshest produce and best quality ingredients available. In the case of two or more entrée selections, the higher priced entrée rate will prevail.
Payments: For events, 50% of the total bill is required in order to guarantee a date and time upon signing the contract. This amount will be credited toward your final bill for your event and is non-refundable as well as non-transferable within two weeks of the event. Subsequent payments will be clearly outlined in your contract.
Additionally, a signed credit card authorization form must be provided prior to the start of any reception to cover any variable costs. A final itemized statement will be provided upon conclusion of event. Payments can be paid by check, cash, or major credit card.
Cancellations by the client within a two week window forfeit any fees paid up until that point, with forgiveness of any remaining fees that are not otherwise contractually obligated.
Indemnification: The Hosts shall conduct the event in an orderly manner and in compliance with applicable laws as well as venue policies. The Host hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Woodrich Events, its employees and agents against any claim, liabilities and costs arising out of, or connected with the function or this agreement, caused or contributed to by the negligence of the Host, guest, agent or contractor hired by the Host.
Lost and Found: Woodrich Events cannot be responsible for host’s or guests’ personal belongings or items provided by a vendor not-contracted directly through Woodrich Events. However, we will make a good-faith effort to locate and return to the owner any items we may find.
Menu Tasting: Menu tasting for two guests is available gratis for functions with a plated entrée on their menu with 50 guests or more in their group. The menu tasting will be at least four appetizers, two soups or salads, and three entrees 2 desserts. Appointments for these timings will be at a mutually agreeable time and date.
Performance Guarantee: Woodrich Events will do everything within its power to provide all goods and services as contracted. However, Woodrich Events shall not be liable for its limited or interfered performance due to “Acts of God”, labor disputes, governmental regulations or acts, restriction upon weather, travel/transportation, or other such causes beyond the reasonable control of Woodrich Events.
Prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until written into a signed contract along with the receipt by Woodrich Events from the host of the necessary payment.
Rental Charges apply to all sites and include the basic amenities and services listed with each package description.
Sales Tax shall be added to all service charge, and food and beverage charges in accordance with County and California state tax laws (CR section 1603f). The current local tax rate is 8.25%.
Service Charge: a service charge of 20% will be added to all food and beverage charges. A service charge is not a gratuity, a service charge is a charge that offsets, additional expenses such as parking, travel time, gas, deliveries fees, kitchen rental, tolls, etc.
Updates including alterations of any kind will be disclosed in writing to the event hosts at least two weeks ahead of your event, if applicable.
